1. Promoter

This giveaway is organized by Pace It Running Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus with registration number HE 489079, referred to as “Pace It”. Contact: support@paceit.app

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, all participants provide a complete release of Instagram from any and all liability.

2. Giveaway Entry Period

The giveaway opens on 23 October 2026 at 12:30 Cyprus time (EEST, UTC+3) and closes on 26 November 2026 at 23:59 Cyprus time (EET, UTC+2). Entries made after the closing time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18+, where participation is permitted by applicable law. Residents of Brazil, Italy and countries or regions subject to EU or UN sanctions are not eligible.

Pace It is available on iOS only. A compatible iPhone is required to use the prize. Entrants must have an Instagram account and must be able to complete the entry requirements.

An Apple Watch is not required to enter or use the Pace It iPhone app. However, a compatible Apple Watch is required to use the Pace It Apple Watch application and its associated features.

Employees, directors and individuals directly involved in administering the giveaway, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

No purchase, subscription or app download is necessary to enter this giveaway.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all three steps below during the giveaway period:

1. Follow the official Pace It Instagram account, @paceit.app.
2. Like the official Black Friday Giveaway post.
3. Comment on that post, tagging the Instagram account of at least one running friend.

All three actions are required for an entry to be eligible.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Tagging your own Instagram account will not be accepted. Multiple comments or tags do not increase the chance of winning.

Participants may share the giveaway promotion to their Instagram Stories, but doing so is optional and does not provide an additional entry or increase the chance of winning.

Entries must comply with Instagram's applicable rules. Automated, fraudulent, impersonated or spam entries are not permitted.

5. Prizes

There are 10 prizes, each consisting of one lifetime Pace It Pro access membership for one individual.

The approximate retail value of each Lifetime Pace It Pro membership is €99.99, based on the current Cyprus App Store price. The combined approximate retail value of all 10 prizes is €999.90. Retail prices may vary by country and currency.

Each membership includes free access to:

• all current Pace It Pro features;
• the Pace It Apple Watch application; and
• all future features and updates included within Pace It Pro.

For this giveaway, “lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the Pace It Pro service, for as long as the service continues to be operated and made available by Pace It.

There are no recurring subscription fees for the awarded lifetime memberships.

The prize does not include hardware, an Apple Watch, an iPhone, internet connectivity or other third-party products and services.

Features requiring compatible hardware, operating systems or third-party integrations remain subject to those technical requirements.

Prizes are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Device compatibility

The Pace It application is currently available on iOS only. Winners will need access to a compatible iPhone to use their membership. Certain features, including the Pace It Apple Watch application, require a compatible Apple Watch.

6. Winner Selection and Verification

Ten winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries after the giveaway closes. The draw is scheduled for 27 November 2026. To keep the selection fair and transparent, Pace It will:

1. export or record all comments submitted to the official giveaway post before the closing deadline;
2. remove duplicate entries so that each eligible person is included only once in the draw;
3. randomly select 10 potential winners and reserve entrants using a random selection method;
4. verify that each selected entrant has completed all three entry requirements: following @paceit.app, liking the giveaway post and tagging at least one running friend in the comments; and
5. retain appropriate records of the entry list, random selection, eligibility verification and prize delivery.

Each eligible participant is entitled to one entry, regardless of the number of comments or tags submitted.

If a selected entrant does not satisfy the entry requirements, is otherwise ineligible or does not claim their prize within the specified period, the next reserve entrant will be considered, subject to the same verification process.

7. Winner Notification

Selected winners will be contacted on Instagram by direct message from the official @paceit.app account, beginning on 27 November 2026.

Winners must respond within 7 calendar days of receiving their notification and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and receive their redemption code.

If a selected winner does not respond within this period or is found to be ineligible, Pace It may select a replacement winner using the same random selection process.

Impersonation

Pace It will only contact winners from the official @paceit.app account. Messages from any other account, including accounts with similar names, are not from Pace It.

Pace It will never ask winners to pay a fee or provide payment details, passwords or login codes to claim or receive their prize.

If another account contacts you claiming to be Pace It, do not respond or share any information. Please report it to support@paceit.app.

8. Winner Announcement

The prize draw will take place on 27 November 2026. Selected entrants will be contacted privately. Pace It will announce that the giveaway has concluded once the winners have been verified and confirmed. Information demonstrating that valid awards have taken place will be published or made available in accordance with applicable law and privacy requirements.

Winners may object to the public disclosure of their identifying information.

Where required by applicable law, Pace It may make limited winner information available to relevant parties or regulatory authorities.

9. Prize Delivery

Confirmed winners will receive instructions for activating their lifetime Pace It Pro membership.

Pace It will aim to provide access within 7 calendar days after successful eligibility verification and receipt of the information needed for activation.

Winners are responsible for having compatible devices to use the service.

Winners must be able to download Pace It from the App Store in their country or region. If Pace It is not available there, the next reserve entrant will be considered.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

Pace It will process information reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway, verify entries, select and contact winners, deliver prizes and comply with applicable legal obligations.

This may include Instagram usernames, eligibility information and the contact or account details supplied by winners.

Personal data collected for giveaway administration will not be used for marketing communications.

Data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.

11. Fair Participation

Pace It may reject entries where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, automated participation, impersonation or a breach of these terms. Pace It will administer the giveaway fairly and will not exclude otherwise valid entries arbitrarily.

12. Changes and Cancellation

Pace It will not materially alter the giveaway conditions after launch except where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control or to comply with applicable law. Any necessary changes will be communicated clearly and will not unfairly disadvantage participants.

13. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for administering or awarding the prizes and release Instagram from responsibility relating to the promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other legal rights that apply in an entrant's country of residence.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
