Pace It Terms of Use

App Purpose

Pace It provides running performance insights, pacing tools, workout analysis, and related training-support features for informational purposes.

Pace It is not a medical device, healthcare service, or diagnostic tool. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

User Data & Privacy

Pace It processes workout and health data stored in Apple Health on your device in order to provide training insights and performance analysis. Health data is processed locally and is not stored on external servers, except where you explicitly request transmission to a third-party service (such as exporting workouts to Strava and importing workouts to Pace It to Strava).

Access to Apple Health data requires your explicit permission. Core features of the App may not function without this access.

We do not sell personal data or use health data for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Integrations

You may connect to third-party services that are available within the Pace It app. If you choose to enable an integration:

• You authorize Pace It to transmit selected workout data to that service
• Data is transmitted only as necessary to perform the requested sync
• Third-party services process your data under their own terms and privacy policies

Pace It does not store third-party account passwords on external servers. You may disconnect integrations at any time within the App. If you choose to connect Apple Health or Apple Watch, you grant those platforms permission to share data under their own terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse, interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, copy, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law does not allow us to restrict this;
• use the App in any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or abusive way;
• use Pace It's name, logo, branding, content, or materials in a misleading or commercially exploitative way without our prior written permission; or
• falsely imply endorsement by, affiliation with, or partnership with Pace It.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from sharing your own training results, screenshots, reviews, or personal experiences with the App for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

Free and Paid Features

Pace It offers both free and paid features.

Some features of the App are available free of charge. Other features, like access to the Pace It Apple Watch and deeper training insights, require an active paid subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase.

The free and paid features may change from time to time as we improve the App, add new functionality, remove features, or change how features are packaged.

We may also offer promotional pricing, discounts, referral rewards subject to specific eligibility rules, or other offers to eligible users. These offers may be subject to additional terms shown in the App at the time they are presented.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Purchases

Pace It offers:

• auto-renewing subscriptions, including Monthly and Yearly plans; and
• a non-consumable Lifetime purchase.

Prices are displayed in the App before purchase.

Pace It offers a 1-week free trial for monthly and yearly subscription plans. If you begin a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected price, at the price shown to you at the time of purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Subscriptions and purchases are managed by Apple and billed through your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.

Requests for refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Lifetime Purchase

A Lifetime purchase does not guarantee that the App, or any specific feature, service, integration, or functionality, will remain available forever or remain unchanged.

Referral Rewards

We may also offer Lifetime access as a referral reward to eligible users who meet the referral conditions shown in the App. Qualifying referrals may require invited users to redeem a valid referral code and complete a paid subscription purchase. Any Lifetime reward earned through the referral program is issued by Apple through the App Store.

No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Training insights depend on sensor data quality, device readings, and environmental factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pace It Running Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from:

• your training decisions or reliance on App insights, metrics, or summaries;
• inaccurate or incomplete input data, sensor readings, or third-party data;
• interruptions, bugs, outages, or changes to third-party platforms or integrations; or
• unauthorized access to or use of third-party services connected by you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App in a way that could harm the service or other users.

Changes to the App

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the App, including any free feature, paid feature, pricing structure, trial offer, integration, compatibility requirement, or technical feature, at any time.

Where required, we will aim to provide notice of material changes through the App or by other appropriate means.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For any material changes, you will be notified in the Pace It app. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the updated Terms.
